These terms govern the services provided by CloudEmythos Services, operated by Achraf Ouzzaouit, an individual based in Jersey City, New Jersey, USA ("we", "us", "our"). By ordering a service on this website you agree to these terms.
We provide website audit, error-fixing, search engine optimization (SEO) and generative engine optimization (GEO) services as described in each package on our pricing page. Every order includes a written report of the work performed.
Orders are placed and paid through Stripe's secure checkout. Prices are in US dollars and charged once, in full, at checkout unless a package states otherwise. At checkout you provide your website URL and a description of the work requested; this information is required for us to perform the service.
Estimated delivery times are shown in our FAQ and begin once we have received your order details and, where needed, the access you choose to provide. Delays caused by missing information or access are not counted in the delivery estimate.
Some work may require access to your website or accounts. We will only request access through secure methods and will never ask you to send passwords by plain email. You may revoke any access at any time. We treat all client data and credentials as confidential.
Search engine rankings depend on many factors outside our control. We guarantee the technical work described in your package and its documentation in a written report; we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic amounts, or revenue.
Each package includes one revision round. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We do not work on websites that promote illegal activity, malware, or content that violates the policies of Google or Stripe. We may decline or cancel an order that falls into these categories, with a full refund of any undelivered work.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
