CloudEmythos Services ("we", "us") is operated by Achraf Ouzzaouit, a sole proprietor based in Jersey City, NJ, USA. This policy explains what information we collect when you buy a service or a DIY toolkit from services.cloudemythos.org, and how we use it.

What we collect

Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We receive your name, email address, country, and the last details needed to issue a receipt.
Order details — the website URL and project description you type into the checkout form, so we can perform the work you ordered.
Contact emails — if you email us (for example to request the free mini health-check), we keep the message to answer you and to deliver your order.
Download delivery — for toolkit orders, we share the product file with the email address you used at checkout via Google Drive, so only you can open it.

How we use it

To deliver the service or digital product you purchased.
To send your receipt, your before/after report, and delivery links.
To answer your questions and provide the free revision round included with your order.
To meet legal and tax obligations (for example, keeping order records).

We do not sell your information, rent it, or use it for third-party advertising.

Who processes it

Stripe — payments and receipts (Stripe Privacy Policy).
Google Drive — delivery of digital toolkit files to your email address only.
Zoho Mail — our business email (contact@cloudemythos.org).
GitHub Pages — hosting of this website. This site sets no tracking cookies of its own.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting (generally up to 7 years). Project details and working files are deleted within 12 months of completing your order unless you ask us to keep them for follow-up work.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email contact@cloudemythos.org and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
