TidyTots — Terms of Use

App: TidyTots: Chores & Allowance (package org.cloudemythos.tidytots)
Developer: OuzzTech
Last updated: October 24, 2026

1. Who may use TidyTots

TidyTots is a tool for parents and guardians. The person who set up the app on the device must be an adult (18 or older). TidyTots has no account and no sign-in; "account holder" in these terms means that parent. Only the account holder sets up the family, sets the parent PIN, accepts these terms, and makes purchases. Children use TidyTots only as profiles inside the parent's app, under the parent's supervision. By setting up a family you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian of the children you add, or have their parent's or guardian's permission.

2. What TidyTots is — and is not

3. The 7 free days

Every family gets 7 free days of full access, granted by the app itself. There is no Play free-trial offer, no payment method is taken, and nothing can auto-convert into a charge — when the free days end, the app simply stops adding new activity until a parent chooses a plan. Your family's data stays viewable, exportable, and deletable forever, whether or not you ever pay.

4. Family Premium — subscription terms

Family Premium — $3.99/month or $29.99/year. Every kid, every feature. Renews automatically; cancel anytime in Google Play. The 7 free days never charge you — there is no card and nothing to cancel.

Zero ads for your kids — always. Money that always adds up — every coin in the ledger.

5. One-time purchases and optional packs

6. Safety guidance — please read

TidyTots' suggested chores, age bands, and the advice given by Ash (the app's mentor character) follow recognized pediatric guidance (including the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry) and published research. They are suggestions only. You know your child: you choose which tasks are appropriate, you adapt them to your home, and you supervise every task your child performs. Some chores carry a safety note in the app (for example, where cleaning products are involved) — read it before assigning the chore, and follow the in-app rule we teach every child: ask a grown-up first. Responsibility for any accident or injury during a chore rests with parental supervision, not with the app. Nothing in TidyTots is medical, psychological, or professional advice.

7. Your responsibilities

8. Your family's content

The chores, notes, photos, and records your family creates in TidyTots belong to your family. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the app for you: storing that content on your device. The parent and child views stay in sync on this device automatically, without any account. TidyTots has no multi-device sync in this version, so your family's content does not leave your device except as described in the Privacy Policy (purchase verification only). We claim no ownership of it and use it for nothing else.

9. Our intellectual property

The TidyTots app, its design, characters (including Ash and the buddy cast), artwork, texts, and card libraries are the property of OuzzTech and are protected by copyright and other laws. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for your own family; they do not give you any right to copy, resell, or reuse the app's content or characters.

10. Warranty and liability

We work hard to keep TidyTots accurate — the ledger is built so that every balance can be traced entry by entry — but the app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. App balances are family records you control; you are responsible for verifying real-world payments you make based on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OuzzTech's total liability arising from the app is limited to the amounts you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim, and OuzzTech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Ending use

You may stop using TidyTots and delete your family's data at any time, in the app. We may suspend access only for material breach of these terms (for example, purchase fraud or tampering). If your use ends for any reason, the export and deletion rights in the Privacy Policy remain available to you.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be surfaced in the Parent Zone before they take effect, with the date at the top of this page updated. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
